MEPM (JR) Ltd offer a wide range of Property Management services. Whether you live in a large mansion block or a small house conversation, we tailor the management package to suit your needs. Residential property block management is all we do as we do not believe this discipline sits well with estate agency, property investment or lettings.

 

We at MEPM (JR) Ltd care about our approach to property management and will always discuss with our clients how best to tailor their service so we can be what you want us to be for the various requirements of your building. With our Mayfair based office, we can regularly visit our sites, not only to carry out building inspections but to ensure we give that personal touch often missing from other larger Managing Agents.  

 

Our portfolio covers Mayfair, Marylebone, Maida Vale, Notting Hill, Bayswater, & Primrose Hill. Not being too far from our sites ensures a rapid response should the need arise and we are careful not to take on more than we can manage in order that our service remains bespoke, exclusive and personal.

​We are a small professional team with over 70 years combined experience. Our Property Managers are members of the IRPM.  Our Director, with over 30 years’ experience alone, comes from a legal background and qualified in housing law at Masters degree level in 1986.  Her experience and knowledge of the rafts of statutory legislation governing block management has proved useful and economic in the intervening period.  We are FCA registered and also draw on the experience and professionalism of our RICS qualified Consultant.

 

​Our 24 hour call out service is answered by a member of the MEPM (JR) Ltd team, without the use of an outsourced call centre, you get to speak to a member of staff, often someone you would deal with on a day to day basis, resulting in your issue being dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
